W-Series May Be the Answer for Sony Vaio Consumers
For Sony laptop fans that are unable to afford some of the full-sized Sony laptops and do not have the time to pursue other options such as a super free laptop, this nifty new netbook may be the answer.
Compared to other netbooks, the new Sony Vaio netbook will be priced on the high end of the spectrum. However, the netbook comes bundled with a nice array of software programs and other features not included in most of the netbooks on the market.
W-Series Vaio Netbook Overview
Convenient Travel Size: The new W-Series netbook will contain a 10.1 inch screen as compared to other netbooks with an 8.9-inch screen, and weighs about 2.6 lbs. Total size specs are 10.54" x 1.28" x 7.07."
Battery Life: The new W-Series will be equipped with a battery that has a life of about 3.5 hours.
Display Specs: The display specs on the W-series give other netbooks a run for their money with an impressive resolution of 1366 x 768 on a 10.1-inch screen. Most of the netbooks on the market are offering 1024 x 600. The W-Series also incorporates LED backlighting and the XBRITE-ECO LCD technology.
Hardware: The hardware on the W-Series is quite comparable to other netbooks with an Intel 1.66 GHz processor, 1GB of memory, a 160GB hard drive for storage, touchpad, built-in Web cam, microphone, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, and Intel High Definition Audio Sound System.
Expansion Ports: The W-Series netbook is equipped with expansion ports that exceed those of other netbooks on the market. Also known as the Vaio W, it is equipped with two USB ports, 1 VGA port, an SD card slot reader, and a Memory Stick Duo media slot with MagicGate.

Wasabi Portable Color Printer Roughly the size of a box of kitchen matches (4.8" x 2.9" x 0.9"), the Wasabi portable printer from Dell is easy to bring along just about anywhere. It prints wirelessly (or via USB) and produces 2x3 sticky-back borderless prints using a new, inkless technology called "ZINK" (which stands for "zero ink"). You have to use the special ZINK paper, which looks like regular white photo paper, but has dye crystals embedded in it that, when exposed to heat in the printer, produce an image. The Wasabi comes in pink, blue or black, and costs $99.
